An Annual Retainer with us provides you with unlimited advice by phone, e-mail or fax on personnel and employment matters. We have many long-established clients with whom we have built and maintained a close liaison.

In a typical year, we receive upwards of 2000 enquiries.

The standard rate for an Annual Retainer is £1,200 (£100 a month) + VAT which also includes, for new clients, a set of standard documentation of a written statement of the main particulars of the Contract of Employment and disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Retained clients also receive an Annual Pack of useful guidance on handling disciplinary situations, a practical guide to redundancy and other useful information.

Clients also receive copies of our periodic E-Topics.
