Andrew has over 35 years experience of Personnel (HR) and Training Management, gained in manufacturing, clothing, food and distribution.

Andrew set up his own business in 1980, acquiring Shaw Personnel Services in 1999.

Apart from giving pragmatic and practical advice, Andrew has carried out recruitment campaigns, provided training in management skills and supported clients in many other ways.
